I am new to salesforce Administartor (5 month kid). we have very big issue in storage. our storage is 99% full, i drill down the storage usage and found campaign members are used 47% of the total space. so i delete 200k campaign members but storage is not even reduced by 0.0001% and also recount count also not reduced.
I raised the call to the salesforce support team, they suggest me these - " Once a campaign is closed and all the leads are converted to opportunities, data can be exported and deleted from Salesforce which can save more space " -
could anyone please explain me the step for the above statement - ex: how to find the closed campaign, converted leads, etc
another thing, i am really not understand about the salesforce storage usage. i unable to find any documents or webinar for this. if anyone have it, please share with me. so that i will get better understand in storage.
