I am planning to change a picklist to a multi-select picklist, but while looking up how to do this, I camea cross warnings not to do this due to a reporting nightmare. I haven't been able to find information that has yet to convince me against using mult-select picklist.
Does anyone have good examples of hos reporting could be a nightmare?
