I get OAUTH access denied - user is unauthorized to use this app error when logging into on salesforce1. Is it possible? Any tips / tricks? Thanks

I get OAUTH access denied - user is unauthorized to use this app error when logging into success.salesforce.com on salesforce1.

Is it possible? Any tips / tricks?
