Is it possible to add a button to the Console layout? I would like to add it next to the "Mass Action" dropdown - so that a specific visual workflow can be triggered directly from the console.

Hi John,
Where specifically in the console are you looking to place the button? If you are trying to add it to the top of a List View, just create the button as a "List Button" and you can place it on a List View.
