I'm hoping someone might know the solution to this. I'd like to be able to set all of our Community Members to be notified of all Questions posted to a certain Topic.
You can create a "Follow" record by inserting an entry in to "EntitySubsription", but this detauls to "No Email Notifications".
Does anyone know if there is an object or way or setting the Notification Frequency for an EntitySubscription to "Every Post" as can be done through the interface?

@Sebastian and @Jayson - I just ran into this myself and really need to default to be changed to every post. i had assumed that when you follow something that you should default to every post. now so many of my community members are missing out on great content because they didn't change their settings manually!
