How do I load our company logo to Salesforce to use in letterhead/email template

I am SO frustrated with Salesforce help at this point. I am just trying to load a logo from my desktop to Salesforce to use in letterhead and email templates. Nothing specific comes up on help, I have opened a case but have to wait 24 - 48 hours.....must be simple, but cannot find it.

 

Plenty of information on creating the letterhead which I have done, but don't know how to drop the logo into the header as I can't upload the logo?
