Since recently, cases create via mail2case do not get the contact name automatically filled when the sender is referenced in our SF database.

 

Any idea why ? or what to check ?

 

Something must have changed, but I have no idea what it can be.

    thank you phiberoptik. In fact the web mail field contains my adress not the original sender. SO I have a problem with the redirection of emails to SF.

     

    In the end this is my rule in exchange that I need to change.
