I'm working on setting up some funnels on my dashboard and have learned that with the Salesforce Dashboard I can only show a record count OR a value sum but not both at the same time (unless I am missing something?)
My boss would like to see both - so I've created side-by-side funnels based on the same report. Weird thing is that for each one, the legend shows different categories... anyone know why?
For example:
Record count funnel shows: New Lead, In Discussions, Proposal Submitted, Agreement Under Review, Closed - Signed Agreement, Other
Value sum funnel shows: New Lead, In Discussions, Proposal Submitted, Commitment Received, Agreement Under Review, Closed - Signed Agreement
Not sure why they are different? Is there a way to get the legend to show all categories?
