Hi Matt,

I would advise that you chek the AppExchange for Consultants. The AppExchange is Salesforce's market place, used for Apps, Components, as well as Consultants.

Go to: https://appexchange.salesforce.com/

Select "Consultants" (third tab in the top), and search based on your preferencs, like region, rating...etc. Then you can directly communicate with the Consultant or Firm.
