One of my customers sent a mail with a cc of @mail.vresp.com what is this

Does anyone know if this is an app for salesforce that may have been used from one of our users - our company name is before the @

That would be Vertical Response, and email marketing tool ( website  ,  AppExchange link ).  If a customer sent you mail cc'd to a  yourcompany@mail.vresp.com , it would seem that someone in your org using Vertical Response sent out something to that customer.
