Close Case button not appearing on SalesForce1 app

Question

During DreamForce demos, the Close Case button was available to the mobile SalesForce1 user.  It is not showing up on my iPhone when press the + button.  Running iOS7 with Unlimited license.  is this restricted to Service Cloud installation or should it work with regular Case pages.

Hello Bill, Are you able to access the Close button on the same record in  salesforce UI ?   if not you can send your feedback to salesforce...    if our suggestion(s) worked,  let us know by marking the answer as "Best Answer" right under the comment.This will help the rest of the community should they have a similar issue in the future.  Thank you!   Shivanath
