Can we automate the Console border betw list & detail views to snap up/down?

Question

We use the Console, and find it cumbersome to have to move the frame border that divides the list view from the detail view up, to see the detail frame, and down, to see the list view, VERY frequently.

Is there a way to make that border snap up/down, similar to the way that the frame border between the detail view and the sidebar behaves?

I don;t this this is possible,. We do not have a way to custimoze the behavior of the console. You may want to also post this question on the developer's board and see if there are any alternatives that htye may have come up with.
