I have a validation rule in place which limits our users from editing the lead source detail field

However, this validation rule is clashing with existing records where the lead source field is blank and it won't let users add value. is there a way for the validation to work only for records where there is a value?

this is the current validation rule which only allows 2-3 users to edit the field.

AND (ISCHANGED ( LeadSource ), ($User.Id != "00530000003DI57"), ($User.Id != "00530000004zcDU"), ($User.Id != "00530000009UgfH") )

AND(

ISCHANGED(LeadSource),

NOT(ISBLANK(TEXT(PRIORVALUE(LeadSource)))),

$User.Id != "00530000003DI57",

$User.Id != "00530000004zcDU",

$User.Id != "00530000009UgfH"

)
