i have been using power query (get & transform) to pull data into excel from Salesforce for years but suddenly i can't sign in any more. The password and security token are correct and i've even upgraded and reinstalled excel but no luck.

I have been using power query (get & transform) to pull data into excel from Salesforce for years but suddenly i can't sign in any more. The password and security token are correct and i've even upgraded and reinstalled excel but no luck. Any ideas what may have happenned?

 

I've tried using my email address and password. and i've tired email address with password and security tokin.

    I am also getting this same issue.

    Have lodged a ticket with Salesforce support, but am awaiting an answer
