 have created a report under my opportunities tab; I would like to restrict to allow only myself, my boss and our administrator to view it but it appears that i only have two options: visible only to me or visible to all.

 

How can I set it up so that only the chosen people can view and not all.

    If you have EE, UE, or DE and are a system admin or at least have the Manage Public List Views permission, you can create a View and set the visibility to a specific Group or Role of users. Then you just need to create a Public Group with you, your manager, and your admin in it.

     

     

    That should do what you want.
