Why can I not view my deployment connections?

I would like to use a Change Set to transfer modifications from a Sandbox to Production.  In reading the help documentation, I learned that I need to set up a Deployment Connection.  However, I do not have the "Deployment Connections" option available.  When I attempt to select Your Name | Setup | Deploy | Deployment Connections, the "Deployment Connections" options does not exist.

 

I am using the "Unlimited Edition" and am an administrator.

    Are you using the standard System Administrator Profile or a custom one?

     

    Your Profile will need to have the 'Deploy Change Sets' permission enabled.
