Using e-mail in Sales Force

Is there any way that when I send an e-mail directly from Sales force it Takes my address and not the Nonreply@sales force address?

    When you go to Setup -> Email Administration -> Organization Wide Addresses

     

    Do you have any setup?

     

    If not set one up for yourself, then go to a contact record or anywhere else in Salesforce where you would send an e-mail and see if you have a From option now that corresponds to entries in your Organization Wide Addresses
