How can I resolve my admin certification exam dilemma?

Can anyone please tell me how to get a response from Salesforce Certification? I had problems in the middle of taking an online proctored SF Admin certification exam (WI14). I called the proctor who told me I needed to contact Salesforce Certification. I logged a case with them at certification.salesforce.com/open-a-case. A week later I called their number (415-836-2420) and left a voice mail message. That was two weeks ago and I still haven't heard back from them. I called again today and left a VM message, but I'm doubting that I'll hear back from them.

Does anyone know of another way I can get this resolved? I'm frustrated at Salesforce Certification and need to get certified!
