How can I create an Annual Revenue filer of > 1 billion?

I've created a report and can't get SF to allow me to make a filter for annual revenue of greater than 1 billion. Whenever I type in 1,000,000,000 and then run the report, it switches to 1,0,0,0.

Any suggestions?
