Using Process Builder, i would like to issue an email if   (1)  Lead record  ISNEW()   and   (2)  custom picklist field on the Lead record holds a certain text value.   Suggestions?

Criteria - Lead - IsCreated - This should take care of new condition.   Regarding Picklist containing a text value - "Formul Evaluates to True" -  CONTAINS(text, compare_text)
