How can I upload a CSV file that is in Excel and see the data in Assets?

In the Cases section, there is an Asset option. I want that the Asset shows items of a products, such as the description, serial number, entitlement, etc...

You can use tools like the Data Loader ( http://wiki.developerforce.com/index.php/Apex_Data_Loader ) and the Excel Connector ( http://www.salesforce.com/community/crm-best-practices/administrators/data-management/data-tools/excel-connector.jsp ) to upload data in a CSV file to the various objects in Salesforce.   If you're using the Data Loader, be sure to check the box for 'Show all Salesforce objects' after you log in so you can see the Asset object.
