I am trying to learn how to send an email with a brainshark presentation inbedded in the email. When I look for a template all i see are old ones that are text templates either in my personal folder or text templates from other people. I cannot get to the unfiled public folder. Nor can i get to an html version. Also can I create an html version?
can you help out or do i need to go ask support at brainshark?
