How i can update date/time field when a check box is checked

I have 2 fields .

 

1 checkbox field 'X'

 

2 Date/time field 'Y'

 

When a user checks field 'X',the 'Y' field should be updated with date/time= now and if 'X' is unchecked 'Y' should be blank..How can we achieve it with the workflow..Can somebody give me the wprkflow rule to achieve this.
