They are trying to tie donations to an organization and seperately to an individual. Then they are trying to report on them as Organization donations and seperately as Individual donations. The flag IS Individual is set correctly but they need to know which account is the individual and which is not.

Have you looked into using Person Accounts. I know there are some downsides, but they may be an option
