Hover text not changing on custom object lookup field

Hover text not changing on custom object lookup fieldI have 3 lookup fields on my custom object (each of these lookup fields are to other custom objects) - and I can not seem to adjust the hover text. I already tried going to the mini page layout on the custom object and moved over the object names. It does not show all specific fields though that I needed so is the reason I'm only seeing 1 field due to the fact I need to create formula fields on this object to pull all individual fields I want to show on hover?

    Sorry!!! I didn't see your screenshot. In screenshot #2 you did it perfectly. When you saved it still isn't working?

     

    Any chance you have multiple page layouts for the Salon object?
