PB: Starts when custom object called Educator (created/edited) has "Lead Educator" checkbox field = true, launches a flow.
Flow: Lookup to Educator object where Educator_c (contact lookup field) = {!vContactId}
Record Update to Event custom object where Lead_Educator_c (contact lookup field) = {!vContactId}
It seems like it's passing the Educator RECORD ID which isn't the same as the Contact Id...but I'm not sure really. Help is appreciated.

I figured it out - created a lookup field on the Educator object called "Educator_Email_c". Had a Flow Lookup see when Educator_Email_c = {v.ContactEmail}
Passed {vContactEmail} and {vEventID}.
Did another lookup to Contact object where Email = {vContactEmail}
Assigned {vContactMatch}
Decision then became {vContactMatch} <> true and populated the "Lead_Educator" field on the correct Event Id using the {vContactMatch} ID of the corresponding contact.
