Does anyone know of any apps that you can run with Salesforce that automatically populate data from customers into set fields (contact name, address, etc.)? We spend a ton of time doing this and are moving to a system where customers fill out forms on our website --- would be nice to configure this directly with SF.

You could use web to lead forms if they are coming in as lead or you could look into setting up commuinities which give customers access their information.
