Our non-profit logs donations in two separate ways: 1) from our pick-up service where people make a small contribution for us coming to get their books 2) through a straight financial contribution (which accounts for 90% of our donations). On our dashboard most of the financial contributions go to the individual category, whereas through the pick-up service they go into an "other" category. This is fine on our end, but the problem we face is that once someone from the pick-up service is logged in they enter the "other" category, and if they donate again through a straight financial contribution they stay in that category instead of going over to the "individual" group. Is there a way to fix this? Any info would be much appreciated!
