I am a new user.  My apologies.  I have successfully downloaded and installed the Salesforce Outlook Integration tool.  All of the Salesforce buttons are there. 

 

When I try to mark emails for Sync, I keep getting an error message that tells me the folder has not been marked for Sync.  I can't seem to find how to make this next part happen.  How do you mark folders to sync?  I really would like to add any emails coming in to customer records in Salesforce.
