SFDC likely hacked up the web GUI to hide this 'short cut' they took but alais they didn't hack up the data loader to fix this. It is interesting to me that the data loader is on version 23 and still doesn't honor the scale setting (is describe sobject that hard to call really? I mean you are reformatting the date fields to match in the data loader)
Since SOQL doesn't support format commands to fix this in the extract, has anyone found another tool that will:
1. Extract data
2. Allow you to format the currency field to put the missing zero back
3. Allows you to schedule the extract to run at a certain time each day
I know informatica's iCloud can do this but it is very expensive (it would literly cost more than our SFDC plan for the package that does the 3 steps above).
Any help would be appricated.

Where are you using the information that the extra post decimal digit would be helpful?
