here at the office. I was a user under Ann Palmer and want to be reactived. Michelle wants to add 2 more agents using saleforce effective ASAP.

This is a forum of SFDC customers, admins, developers, etc.  We don't work for SFDC or your company.  You should probably contact your company's SFDC Admin or whoever setup your SFDC org.      Which edition of SFDC are you using?  How many licenses do you have?
