At a high level you'll have to use Salesforce technologies like Apex to access the oDesk API, which is documented here: http://developers.odesk.com/w/page/12364003/FrontPage
I'd highly recommend searching and posting on the developer forums at Developer.Force.com, they'll be able to help you with specific integration questions.
