What happened to the Opportunity "Add Default Team" button?

Question

Since Winter 13 changes came out, some of our Users can no longer see the "Add Default Team" button on Opptys. I see changes occured on Sales Teams that now became Opportunity Teams, but nothing is mentioned about the "Add Default Teams" button permissions. What changed & how can I get them access to that button again? It is still on the Page Layout but they cannot see the Button.
