I have a requirement of renaming all the profiles. But before doing that I need to find out if any Apex code is using or referring the profile names.
Is there a way we can find the Profile dependencies ? i.e. If I delete or rename a profile, how would I find out what all Apex code or Validation rules will be impacted by this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Well the best way to find out is have a duplicate of your production envirionment with all of the data where you can experiment.
You can get a full sandbox that is an exact duplication of your production envirionment. For a move that important I suggest you get a full sandbox, duplicate, make the profile changes your planning in the Sandbox and then have a couple of users put it through its paces to see if anything comes up.
