When I verify my org login info from the Connect for Lotus Notes UI, I get a "Failed to login to salesforce.com" error message dialog box. And when I look at the Login History in the salesforce.com setup menu, I see "Unknown exception: 1000" in the status field for that login attempt.

 

I have tried connecting to 2 different instances of salesforce.com, with the same issue.

 

I have tried resetting my security token, and I get the same error.

 

Environment:

 

Connect for LN (v 3.5.4.16)

 

Desktop (Windows XP Pro SP3),

 

Lotus Notes 8.5.1 (I had to modify the LN .ini file as referred to in the help),

 

Any suggestions?

    Make sure the  Connect for Lotus Notes is setup in the profile for On. Also make sure you're using password the the security token.
