#CampSuccess Can I have a chat bot as fallback? e.g. Our techs would be front line when they are online, but customers hit the bot when all of our chat techs are offline or at capacity.

Yes, in the welcome dialog, you can directly direct to "Transfer to an agent". And in the No Agent dialog, you can kick in the bot logic. See the screenshot. I modified the same ConvStar bot as during the session for your use case.
