We have live webinars, set up as events. When a live webinar is over, we create an "item" as the recording and have the URL to the recording in the item record. During the live webinar registration, people can purchase "live webinar & recording". We would like to find an automation process to populate recording URL (when it's available after the live webinar) on the portal for the attendees/registrants to access to. I need some ideas how to go about it. Has anybody have similar situations?

• live webinar - event
• ticket type "webinar & recording" in the event
• recording - item (not available until after the live webinar is over)
• need to link the event and the item, and then link to the contact
• populate the recording URL on portal
