Hello everyone at SF Trailblazer.
My name is Daniel. I come to you because I'm stuck, stressed out (also due to this impossible living confinement situation I like yourselves go through) and I can't go forward with anything.
The Trailblazers path I try to complete is broken I think.
I guess I'm warned out and giving up on getting better with using SF.
The reason I'm stuck is because the Trailblazer support is only by email and I'm a little bit dyslexic and prefer screen exchange sessions... live. Also, Trailblazer support takes two, three days to answer one question and when I receive their answer: I don't understand their explanation.
Just to give you an example: I trying to do a trailblazer path and they ask up to set up a trailblazer playground to do the exercice. Yet, I'm unable to create the Trailblazer playground they want me to. The profile for testing my skills is not working, I keep getting an error msg saying I already have created a playground. I don't understand and I' upset.as it is not the first time I get stuck using TrailBlazer.
I tried, and tried and tried and I get stuck in some little details.
Therefore I come to you and ask you if there are one to one help somethere out there?
I attache a screen shot with a question so you can see wjy I'm frustrated.
