I recently passed the Salesforce Administrator Exam. I attended a salesforce webinar on Plaform App Builder.
Would have any tips about what parts I should study that are not part on Salesforce Administrator certification ?

I'd suggest you use the exam study guide and the official trailmix to upskill on the areas outside of the Admin cert: https://trailhead.salesforce.com/users/strailhead/trailmixes/prepare-for-your-salesforce-platform-app-builder-credential (note: the first item is the exam study guide)
