Hi once again, my next non standard issue is:

I want to populate Amount field in First Response (1. stage in Opportunity) with average from opportunities being at same First Response stage and in same industry. The formula(simplest)/flow should only populate Amount field in this stage when it is empty.

From business perspective, sales people just don't know at this stage what is the expected amount this opportunity can generate.
