Not sure that to make of this. Survey Monkey is definitely a leader in the survey space. Hey @David Claiborneand @Simon Whight we have over 150 implementations of GetFeedback at Salesforce including their global support org. We are heavily integrated with the Salesforce organization and great app exchange partners. At this point its business as usual.
