We're having two issues with the Outlook Lightning integration, anyone else see either of these (and have workarounds)?
1) Because Outlook via email relay doesn't keep a copy of emails in the sent folder, we have to bcc each email using the "Compliance BCC email feature", however doing so disables the ability to send an email with a BCC in Salesforce-- is there any way to use BCC and have sent emails archive in Outlook still?
2) Changed events are not syncing their changes to Outlook in the Salesforce Lightning/Outlook sync-- has anyone else figured out how to have all event record changes continue syncing to Outlook?

I don't know about the first one, but we have definitely seen intermittent issues with events not syncing to Outlook. It's not all events or all updates; so far we haven't seen a pattern. We are looking at possibly using GraphAPI to do our syncing manually, but we're just at the early stages of investigating that option.
