App Launcher and All Items
Q1. Is it possible to disable the App Launcher for select profiles?
Q2. If NO to Q1, is it possible to remove or restrict access to the items in ALL ITEMS (displayed when you run the App Launcher)?

I believe the objects listed will only work if they have access to it. If the user clicks on an option they don't have access to, then they'll receive an error.
