I've understood after a Salesforce WT presentation in Paris that the migration to Lightning would be mandatory after Feb.2020. Is that the case?

Thanks James and Kelly for your help. They talked about the mobile app upgrade in the fall, so i think they were referring to the Winter 20 impact.
