Lightning - Login as a Different User as Admin?

As a Salesforce ADMIN I frequently log in under another user's account to test permissions and functionality. I noticed that when I perform this function in Lightning that the assigned Lightning HOME page for the alternate user does not auto load and display. The alternate user has been added to the Lightning Ready permission set and the alternate user's profile has been assigned (via activation) to the sole custom Lightning HOME page that we have created (via Lightning App Builder).  

Wondering if the behavior I am seeing is due to a Lightning configuration issue or is this something other Salesforce ADMINS have experienced with Lightning?  Is there a workaround if this is a known issue?  Suggestions and/or comments appreciated.
