I am trying to find a doc or article I read about custom links for transition to lightning. For the life of me I cannot find it now. I thought it was suggested to create formula fields to link to the report with parameters, to replace the classic method but all I can find now is creating a button.
Am I remembering wrong? Is a button URL the suggested method for custom report links with parameters?

Thank you @Jeremy York I am still curious why the url button detail page link is being buggy - if anyone knows?
I hate when something so finite does not work. Its frustrating not knowing why.
