Hi Guys, I'm in newbie in Field Service Lightning (FSL) and  I've couple of queries related to FSL functionality. Below are the queries:

1. Subject :

As a scheduler (standard user), I need the application (SF) to show me patient locations via GPS enabled maps within scheduling application, so that I can quickly understand where the patients (standard user) ,ive for scheduling purposes and to answer any provider questions in real time

Description

-->The system shows patient(standard user) locations on GPS maps within the scheduling application as needed.

--> Scheduler (standard user) has ability to view patient home locations on GPS-enabled map within window in scheduling application.

2.Subject

As a scheduler (standard user), I need the application (SF) to provide access to GPS services directly within the scheduling application, so that I can determine optimal scheduling order for providers(standard user)  based on locations.

Description

-->The system allows scheduler(standard user) to access GPS routing functionality within window in application.

--> Scheduler has ability to view patient (standard user) locations and provider(standard user)  routes on GPS-enabled map, within window in the application.

I've referred FSL guide related document & googling but doesn't worked.

I'd really appreciate if someone could help me out in above subjects.
