We are trying to figure out whats possible with salesforce file libraries and communities users. Can you share libraries with specific "communities" users or do they need to be "communities plus".

It looks like it lets add community members as viewers but right now all our users are "external identity" which don't have access to files so i get an error when trying to load libraries via the community. I wanted to see what level we'd need to upgrade to to get this to work
