Hello All 

I have My accounts object customized in order to track referring agencies. I have added custom related lists to track inbound and outbound referrals. There are two separate related lists

1 Inbound Referrals 

2 Outbound Referrals

Within these related lists there are several Identifying fields i.e. Patient name, Status, policy type , etc.

   I am using The leads object to track admissions from start to finish. I am trying to figure out how to Auto populate info from the leads object into the related lists i created on the accounts object i.e patient name Policy type etc. In order to save my business development guy some time for data input. 

Is there a way to do this using the setup UI or would this require apex/vf/js and if so what would be the procedure to do so?
