I built a login flow for a customer to restrict users from logging in from Internet Explorer. It works with all profiles that are on standard Salesforce licence but not with a custom profile that is on Salesforce Platform license.

That custom profile is associated with Kimble app and users assigned to that profile mostly access Kimble related Apps in Salesforce.

When users with this profile test the login flow with Internet Explorer, it just let them logged into IE with Classic interface whole other profiles have no issue with the testing.

Does anyone know what could be the reason for this?
